This is why we are putting at your service this Electronic Transport Request.  We will assist you in all the steps from the initial transport request until the Just In Time delivery.  Throughout the process the system will send color status confirmation of your vehicle.

DRY RUN

Too often the truck will arrive to pick up and for many reasons, the vehicle will not be released thus resulting in the truck leaving empty and accumulating time lost.  This is call a DRY RUN. When you consider the following factors: capacity of a car carrier from 7 to 10 vehicles and that it take an average of half an hour for a pick up when everything is set up right, plus distance and traffic to and from, proves that the process is very time consuming.  If additional time is lost because the vehicle is not ready and you multiply by the number of vehicles on the truck simply results in time lost, thus making it harder to meet our goal of Just In Time.  We need to make sure that at each step there is no time lost in order to meet our goal of Just In Time.  When finalizing your trade, confirm that on the requested pick up date, all paper work, books, keys are under CARS name at the reception or gate house for immediate pick up once the truck driver arrives.

Like you know time is money and we are in the obligation to charge for a dry run in the event that a truck leaves empty handed because the vehicle as not been release for whatever reason.  The fee for a dry run is $80.
